On Monday, 27 September, 2016, Prof. Abdul Rahman al Snaidi gave a presentation to ABMMC faculty and cadets on ‘The History and Development of the Computer and the Internet in the State of Qatar’.
During the seminar, Prof Abdul Rahman described the evolution of the computer in both the public and the private domains. He also highlighted the biographies of major figures responsible for the creation of computers, as well as those who first introduced computing technology in Qatar.
