Under the patronage of His Excellency Major General ( pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen Al-Ghanem, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, Ahmed bin Mohamed Military College held a forum on the blockade against Qatar and the lessons gained from this.
Economic advisor at the Emiri Diwan Dr Ibrahim Al Ibrahim who was the event’s keynote speaker spoke about the siege and lessons learned from this crises.
Dr. Ibrahim noted the causes of the siege and its repercussions on the Gulf countries, where this blockade is not legally justified, especially in terms of the human rights.
He also expressed his happiness with the figures of the volume of exports and imports, the growth of domestic product, and the ability and efficiency of the Qatari government to cope with this. He also expressed his pleasure of how People across the country have been expressing their support for Qatar and its wise leadership.
