Accommodation

• Ahmed Bin Mohamed Military College (ABMMC) will cover airfares, accommodation, local transportation, and meals for presenters (participants with accepted papers at ISOMA 2023). Please note that in case of co-authored contributions, flight expenses will be covered for the presenter only. Thus, non-presenting authors of accepted papers will be offered free accommodations, meals, and local transfers, excluding airfares.
• ABMMC will provide keynote speakers and participants with accepted papers with complimentary hotel accommodation from 1 October to 4 October, including one day before the conference’s first day and one day after the conference’s last day (Check-in date: 1 October and Check-out date: 4 October).   If you wish to arrive earlier than the provided accommodation period or extend your stay beyond 4 October, please be advised that you will be responsible for covering the cost of your hotel stay for the additional days.
