Upon completion of the courses, the graduate is expected to be able to:

| 2 | Communicate effectively in the Russian language and interact in a culturally appropriate manner with native speakers of that language. |
| 3 | To be able to determine the epistemological, cultural and intellectual frameworks in the society of the studied languages. |
| 4 | Able to use the critical thinking techniques problem solving. |
| 5 | To enhance the leaders’ characteristics through knowledge gained from Russian language experiences. |
| 6 | Values the importance of learning foreign languages and understanding their cultural products in order to deal constructively and communicate fruitfully with these languages. |
